Peanut Satay Dip

This dip is pretty much satay without the chicken. It is totally moreish and tastes good with vegetables dipped in or on crackers or crisps - especially our pitta crisps (see tips page) or even off the mixing spoon! If you like chicken satay you will definitely like this. I have given the method below, but really all you do is stir the ingredients together, it is definitely not difficult.



Ingredients

100g peanut butter (smooth or nutty)

1tbs hoisin sauce

2 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs lime juice

1tsp sriracha (or more, depending on how hot you like your dip)

Unsalted peanuts to sprinkle over


Method

Mix everything together until smooth, adding warm water to get the right consistency. When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with some chopped peanuts.
