Ingredients
150g even sized piece of cod
1 tbsp white Miso
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp grated ginger
0.5 tsp sesame oil
1 or 2 salad onion
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method

Slide each piece onto spoons. Sprinkle over some sesame seeds with a few rings of salad onion and serve.
As a main course, marinade the whole piece of fish.
When ready to cook bake at 180° for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on thickness.
Serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and salad onions and with some rice and asparagus, pak choi or broccoli.
